Managing Operational Risk in a Downturn
During these unprecedented times, a large number of organisations had to shift their business operations from a traditional office-based environment to a remote working environment.
Whilst remote working has provided employees with the opportunity to operate with agility and flexibility, accessing business systems and information remotely, this has been against the backdrop of increased threat activity in the cyberspace.
In this session, our guest speakers will be discussing how businesses have needed to adapt to the new environment and the lessons they have learned to improve their business operations going forward.
